At Camping Lou Rouchetou, the pleasures of water are an integral part of the summer experience. Our aquatic area welcomes you from the opening to the closing of the campsite, in a peaceful natural environment, ideal for relaxation and family games. With its two unheated outdoor pools, our swimming pool is a central part of campsite life, where you can swim, sunbathe and socialize.
TWO OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOLS
for the whole family
Our aquatic area has two pools suitable for all ages. In the large pool, you can swim freely, cool off in the heat or take part in morning aquagym sessions. Next door, the secure paddling pool is ideal for the little ones, supervised by their parents. All surrounded by a solarium with deckchairs to soak up the Ardèche sun.
Open daily from 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., this area is reserved exclusively for campsite guests, on presentation of a wristband. To keep the water clean, swimming trunks must be worn (shorts are forbidden). Information boards remind you of these simple rules, in a relaxed atmosphere. The pool is not supervised: children under 8 must be accompanied.
The pools have been designed to combine comfort, safety and pleasure. The progressive depth of the large pool allows swimmers of all levels to enjoy the water at their own pace. Submerged benches allow you to relax without leaving the water. In summer, the pool becomes a veritable center of life, where families gather to share special moments in a pleasant, safe setting.

After a walk in the Bois de Païolive or an afternoon exploring the Chassezac gorges, what a pleasure to find a pleasant, accessible watering hole. Families appreciate this compromise between authenticity and comfort, in an atmosphere that respects everyone’s rhythm.
The pool area is surrounded by pergolas that provide natural shade, ideal for hot summer days. The soothing atmosphere is perfect for reading, napping or simply enjoying the surrounding calm. This intimate setting also allows children to play freely while parents relax nearby. At the end of the day, the softness of the air and the fading light further enhance this feeling of well-being, making every swim even more enjoyable.
